Full-Time | Weekly Pay In this entry-level position, you will work primarily in our shop assisting mechanics, maintaining clean and organized work areas, helping with basic equipment-related tasks, and picking up or delivering parts and materials. Travel to Company jobsites is required.

Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics with basic equipment maintenance, service, and shop-related tasks. Pick up parts, tools, materials, and supplies from vendors. Deliver parts, tools, materials, and other items to field crews and Company jobsites as needed. Help keep the shop, work areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe. Wash and clean vehicles, machinery, equipment, tools, and components. Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials, parts, tools, and equipment. Follow verbal and written instructions from mechanics and supervisors. Follow Company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Safely operate Company vehicles when authorized. Occasionally travel to jobsites to provide additional support, including on short notice when needed. Assist with other shop and field activities based on operational needs.

Candidates must:
Be dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance. Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Work effectively with mechanics, supervisors, field crews, vendors, and other employees. Have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Company requirements for this position. Be comfortable safely operating a full-size pickup truck. Have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location. Be willing and able to travel to Company jobsites as needed. Be able to satisfy applicable pre-employment background screening and drug-testing requirements
Physical & Work Environment:
This is a hands-on position. The essential functions of the position may include: Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving materials and equipment weighing up to approximately 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation. Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday. Bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, climbing, and performing other physical movements associated with shop and field work. Learning to safely use basic hand tools and equipment. Working around construction equipment, machinery, vehicles, noise, dust, dirt, and grease. Working primarily in a shop environment and occasionally outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Wearing required PPE and following Company safety requirements.
