$35.00-39.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Creates emergent removal paperwork to install or replace parts at the Airframer.

Reports quality issues to appropriate parties within the organization and analyzes discovered quality issues with mechanics.

Adds all quality assurance issues to appropriate tracking documents or systems.

Verifies teams time sheet for accuracy prior to submittal to Manager.

Reviews Airframer Production Reports weekly to maintain and keep team members up to date regarding Seat on dock, receiving inspections, seat installation, and other key milestone dates.

References CMMs, drawings, PQS, and installation documents to find solutions to resolve issues.

Reads and interprets electrical drawings, MSDS sheets, maintenance manuals, product specifications, and service bulletins.

Performs rework on different seat class types including electrical troubleshooting, painting, decal and cosmetic repairs.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree in a related technical field preferred).

6 years of Technical Field Service or technical experience related to the aerospace industry.

Natural mechanical ability with hand and power tools.

Experience referencing CMMs, drawings, PQS, and installation documents to resolve issues.

Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings, MSDS sheets, maintenance manuals, product specifications, and service bulletins.

Experience reworking different seat class types including electrical troubleshooting, painting, decal and cosmetic repairs.

Good overall knowledge of Computer and MS Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
