location: Clarksville, Tennessee job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 95,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and analyzing mechanical vibrations of machinery and equipment to predict maintenance needsPerform routine data collection on machinery using vibration analysis tools. Analyze vibration data to identify patterns and anomalies indicative of machine health. Provide detailed reports on findings and recommend maintenance actions. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
REQUIREMENTS
Certified Vibration Analyst:
ISO Category II (Level 2) or III (Level 3) or equivalentVibration analysis experience on industrial machinery (Rotating equipment is ideal)Experience with predictive maintenance technologiesExperience working in an industrial environment
Preferred:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant degree qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 3 years of experience
