Home Service Technician — Nashville, TN Pro Home Services Enjoy hands-on work and talking with customers? We're looking for 2-3 reliable, motivated people for chimney, dryer vent and air duct services throughout the Nashville area. We provide customer appointments, service equipment and office support for scheduling and job coordination.

THE WORK

Travel to customers' homes and carry out cleaning and service work within your training and abilities. Explain service options and pricing clearly, recommending work based on the customer's actual needs. Take before-and-after photos and accurately document completed jobs. Communicate with customers and our scheduling team. Handle equipment carefully and follow safe working practices.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based contract opportunity. Earn 25% of your completed and collected job sales. Receive a separate $150 fuel allowance for a full working week. Weekly payments. Keep 100% of your customer tips. The displayed $1,500-$1,750 weekly range is an earnings estimate based on $6,000-$7,000 in weekly job sales. It is not a guaranteed salary, minimum or maximum. Actual earnings may be lower or higher. This estimate applies to a full working week after training, not the training period. You provide your own suitable vehicle and are responsible for its costs and applicable taxes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliability, clear communication and a professional attitude. A valid driver's license and a suitable vehicle capable of safely transporting equipment and ladders. Willingness and ability to perform physical service work safely. Availability to travel between appointments in the Nashville area. Sales, maintenance, cleaning or home service experience is a plus.

ONBOARDING AND SCHEDULE

Onboarding with an experienced technician is available. We will agree on the training schedule and compensation in writing before you start. Independent assignments depend on demonstrated readiness and safe work practices. No Saturday work. We'll discuss your availability during the initial call.
