09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description $15.00-$18.00 per hour Full-Time 40+ Hours We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Field Service Technician to assist with the installation, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of specialized water-treatment systems used in medical dialysis facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, comfortable using tools, good with measurements and basic math, and interested in developing technical field-service experience. Prior dialysis or water-treatment experience is not required for the right candidate, but you must be mechanically capable, dependable, willing to travel, and comfortable working in different environments. What You'll Do Assist with cleaning, servicing, repairing, and maintaining water-treatment systems used in medical dialysis facilities Use measuring tapes, screwdrivers, hand tools, and other equipment Take measurements and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately Work from ladders when necessary Lift and move equipment weighing 50+ pounds Travel to customer locations throughout Texas Assist with inventory, equipment preparation, cleaning, and shop organization when field jobs are not scheduled Maintain professional communication with customers and management Follow company safety and service procedures Participate in on-call and weekend work as required Training & Company Vehicle During your first approximately 90 days , you will ride with and train alongside a manager while learning the company's equipment, procedures, and customer locations. After successfully completing training, you will be expected to independently drive a company-provided Ford F-150 to service locations. Company tools are provided. Travel This is a field-service position and candidates must be comfortable traveling.
Typical service areas may include:
Dallas-Fort Worth Waco Killeen/Central Texas Abilene/West Texas Amarillo Terrell Other Texas locations as needed Very limited out-of-state travel, including occasional travel to Michigan, may be required. For approved overnight travel, the company provides hotel accommodations and meal expenses. Schedule Full-time position 40+ hours per week Office hours are generally 8:00 AM-5:00 PM 1-hour lunch Field jobs are commonly scheduled on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends Schedule will be communicated in advance whenever possible Weekend overtime opportunities are available Some on-call availability is required When no field service jobs are scheduled, employees will report to the office for duties such as inventory, cleaning, organizing, and preparing equipment for upcoming jobs.
Qualifications Candidates must:
Have a valid Texas driver's license Have a driving record acceptable for operating a company vehicle Be comfortable driving throughout Texas Be willing to travel overnight when required Be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with hand tools Be able to accurately use a measuring tape Have good basic math skills Be able to lift 50+ pounds Be comfortable working from ladders Communicate clearly and professionally in English Be dependable and punctual Be legally authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete employment verification Successfully complete the company's required drug screening and background-screening process Benefits / Additional Compensation $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience Overtime opportunities Company-provided tools Company vehicle provided after successful training Paid hotel and meal expenses for approved overnight travel After becoming eligible as a permanent employee, the company provides a $200 health-insurance reimbursement upon verification of qualifying personal insurance coverage Please note that the company does not currently provide traditional employer-sponsored medical or dental insurance.
