Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Service Technician role based in Houston, TX. The Field Service Technician will travel to customer locations to inspect, diagnose, and repair generators and related equipment, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Typical responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, completing service reports, and communicating clearly with customers about work performed and recommended follow-up. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining tools and vehicles in good working condition, and collaborating with the service team to prioritize and complete assigned jobs. Occasional overtime, weekend, or on-call work may be required to support emergency service needs.
