Build a Career. Not Just Another Job. We're not looking for someone who simply wants another restoration job. We're looking for someone who wants to become one of the best restoration technicians in Texas. At GoDry, character matters more than experience. We can teach mold remediation, water mitigation, duct cleaning, attic restoration, insulation systems, ventilation improvements, and building science. We cannot teach integrity, professionalism, accountability, or the desire to do things the right way. This is NOT an average restoration job. We're looking for professionals who want to build a career—not simply collect a paycheck. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, helping homeowners, and holding yourself to a higher standard, you'll fit in well here. If you're looking for shortcuts or the easiest way through the day, this probably isn't the right company. Who We Are GoDry is different from most restoration companies. We combine building science, moisture diagnostics, indoor air quality, mold remediation, attic restoration, insulation systems, ventilation improvements, and water damage restoration to solve problems that other contractors often miss. We believe in doing the job correctly the first time through proper training, written procedures, continuous learning, and taking ownership of our work. Your Career Path Every new team member begins by working directly with the owner to learn the GoDry way. During your training period, you'll learn our procedures, quality standards, customer communication, documentation, safety practices, and field operations. As you consistently demonstrate the ability to perform at a high level, you'll earn increasing responsibility and eventually lead projects independently. Advancement is based on demonstrated ability—not seniority or previous experience.
