Lead and coach one to three technicians on site, and set the pace and the standard. Document every job the same day: moisture readings, photos, drying logs, and notes. Take your turn in the on-call rotation for after-hours losses. What we require Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last three years. Restoration experience, or hands-on trade experience that transfers, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, carpentry, or field service. Reliable transportation. Able to work on-call and irregular hours. Drug-free. Physically able to do field work. Clear, professional communication with customers. Nice to have, not required. We train and certify.
