This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and isn't afraid of physical, outdoor work. Pay & Compensation $16/hour during training $18

What You'll Be Doing Exterior and interior window cleaning Cleaning window screens and tracks Hard water removal Communicating professionally with homeowners and property managers Identifying and recommending additional services when appropriate Maintaining a steady, efficient pace while delivering high-quality work Safely using ladders, pressure washers, snow blowers, and other equipment Following company systems, safety standards, and service processes Representing Sparkly Clean professionally on every job Work Conditions (Read Carefully) This is an outdoor position Work is performed in heat, cold, rain, and less-than-ideal weather Monthly subscription services run regardless of weather This is a physically demanding role Physical Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Lift and carry ladders up to 75 lbs Frequent climbing and working at heights Work in tight, awkward, or uncomfortable positions Full mobility and physical stamina required Comfortable using heavy equipment daily Performance Expectations Lead Cleaning Technicians are expected to: Deliver high-quality workmanship Provide excellent customer service Work efficiently without cutting corners Maintain a steady pace that meets production expectations Balance quality, service, and efficiency Take ownership of job results and customer experience This is not a slow-paced or "just clean windows" position.
