This is an entry-level position , and no prior restoration experience is required. We will provide hands-on training for the right individual. Our technicians respond to homes and businesses that have been affected by water damage, mold, fire, or storm damage and help begin the restoration process. This is a hands-on job where you will learn valuable construction and restoration skills while helping customers through stressful situations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and interested in learning a skilled trade. What You Will Do Respond to residential and commercial properties with water, mold, or fire damage Perform water extraction, demolition, and removal of damaged materials Set up drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers Monitor drying progress and document work performed Protect customer property with plastic and floor coverings Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Load, unload, and maintain company equipment and vehicles Work as part of a team to complete mitigation projects efficiently Qualifications No experience required - training provided Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and construction environments Good communication skills and professional attitude with customers Preferred but Not Required Construction or restoration experience IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.) Experience using basic hand tools What We Offer On-the-job training and opportunity to learn the restoration trade Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement within the company Work with an established local restoration and remodeling company About Swift Restoration & Remodeling Swift Restoration & Remodeling is a locally owned company based in Ogden, Utah .
