Position Details Training Site:

Lanham, Maryland 20706 (Hotel accommodations and travel expenses provided if distance qualified)

Training Wage:

$20 per hour

Post-Training Earnings:

Performance-based compensation with the opportunity to earn $22+ per hour What You'll Be Doing Travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle. Install and set up smart home devices, home entertainment systems, and selected household products, including furniture and fitness equipment. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive interactions with homeowners. Perform installation and service tasks both indoors and outdoors. Follow safety guidelines and company installation standards. Provide customers with a professional and seamless service experience. Comprehensive Paid Training Includes Installation procedures and industry best practices Product knowledge and technology training Workplace safety standards Customer service development Sales and customer engagement techniques Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and real-life installation scenarios Upon completion of training, you'll move into a full-time technician role supporting customers.
