About the Role As a Field Service Specialist for Marine Lifting Systems, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity and safety of complex maritime equipment. You will leverage your expertise in hydraulic and electromechanical systems to perform essential maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning, directly impacting the reliability of critical offshore infrastructure. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive inspections, testing, and commissioning of lifeboats, davit systems, and specialized marine cranes. Diagnose and resolve complex failures in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical assemblies to minimize equipment downtime. Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and engineering manuals to perform precise overhauls and repairs. Document service activities and equipment status through detailed technical reporting to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with internal management teams to communicate project progress and provide technical support for assembly operations. Maintain a high standard of safety by adhering to strict HSE protocols during all field service engagements. Qualifications Required Skills Proven technical background in the maintenance of hydraulic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems. Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on pneumatic and lifting equipment systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Commitment to safety standards and the ability to travel for field service assignments.
