Responsibilities As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you'll play a critical role in leading team members and helping our customers recover from water and mold damage.

Duties include:

Respond to water damage and mold remediation projects in a timely and professional manner. Manage a water mitigation crew, demonstrating servant leadership attributes. Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, etc.). Perform demolition as needed (drywall, flooring, insulation, etc.). Conduct moisture inspections on site, document conditions digitally, and assist in preparing job reports. Safely handle and apply antimicrobial solutions. Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas. Coordinate crew schedule to maximize response time and job efficiencies. Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times. Communicate respectfully with customers, team members, and project managers. Qualifications 3 years+ previous restoration, construction, or mitigation experience. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Commitment to serve, empower, and support team members. Willingness to work after-hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
