What You'll Do As a Cleaning Technician , you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by: Responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies Cleaning homes and businesses after fire or after repairs, cleaning contents Operating specialized equipment and technology Working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals Demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations Taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Qualifications Fluent in English Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal record check Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs Positive attitude and strong work ethic Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
