Successful applicants will be involved in projects with our PTE Team and be a part of a growing organization that is solving problems and supporting client needs in electrical testing and commissioning in utility substations, industrial, and bulk electrical power systems. This Opportunity + Supports a wide range of testing and commissioning activities through application of client testing standards, industry standards ( IEEE , NETA , NFPA , NESC ), and manufacturer recommendations + Works under limited supervision, independently executing moderately complex assignments, and contributing to regulatory compliance, safety adherence, and data integrity across active job sites + Provides day-to-day support to field teams, helps resolve challenges on-site, and mentors junior technicians to promote quality, efficiency, and safe work practices + As one of the world's leading professional services firms, WSP now brings world-class expertise in power delivery, power generation, and project management with the recent acquisition of POWER Engineers, Inc. Your Impact + Perform assigned testing and commissioning tasks for Protection and Control systems on high voltage substations + Perform on-site hands-on protective relay testing using relay test sets such as Omicron CMC 256/356 or Doble F6150.
