Perform preventative maintenance and emergency field repairs to support customer productivity on active job sites. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to strict safety protocols and industry regulations. Manage parts procurement and equipment logistics to streamline the repair process. Maintain a professional and organized service vehicle for off-site operations. Qualifications Required Skills Advanced mechanical aptitude with a deep understanding of heavy equipment systems. Proficiency in interpreting complex technical schematics, diagrams, and service manuals. Must possess a comprehensive set of personal tools applicable to heavy machinery repair.
