We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our growing team. Competitive wages that reflect your skills and experience - Starting at $20-$22/hr. Wage increase based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to service calls and efficiently perform quality drain cleaning service. Diagnose problems and provide solutions to customer inquiries. Maintain and operate service equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Explain to clients what services are necessary and provide cost estimates. Perform routine inspection of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not necessary. Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license (CDL a plus). Must be capable of physical demands such as lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
