You will ensure operational efficiency for heating, cooling, and ventilation infrastructure, directly impacting the reliability of energy management and humidity control systems for our clients. Responsibilities Execute precise troubleshooting and repairs on commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to minimize system downtime. Perform comprehensive start-up procedures for new equipment installations to ensure peak performance and longevity. Maintain optimal indoor air quality and humidity levels through expert calibration of environmental control systems. Provide exceptional service interactions, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with the resolution of their mechanical issues. Manage technical documentation for service calls, ensuring accurate reporting of system health and parts usage. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults in rooftop packaged units. Required Skills Proven field experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. Deep technical knowledge of water source heat pumps and commercial rooftop systems. Active EPA Universal (Type 1 & 2) certification. Possession of a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. Preferred Skills OSHA 10-hour safety certification. Experience with building automation or advanced energy management systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced field service environment.
