Job Description

We are searching for an Technician to install, start up, and service sample systems and instrumentation at customer sites across the power, wastewater, and industrial markets.
Responsibilities:
Install, start up, retrofit, and repair online sample systems, sample conditioning systems, and instrumentation at customer sites Follow established work instructions and safety procedures to deliver high-quality, on-time service Read and interpret P&IDs and isometric drawings to determine equipment locations and tie-in points Perform mechanical work including: Measuring, cutting, bending, and installing process tubing (1/8"-¾") Cutting, threading, and installing process piping up to 3" diameter Troubleshoot systems using a strong understanding of fluid flow and mechanical systems Complete accurate, on-time service reports for customers Use technology tools to manage schedules, communication, and documentation Identify opportunities to add value, improve service offerings, and support customer growth Travel extensively to support customer needs across assigned territories
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of relevant field experience with sampling equipment or analytical systems Able to travel 75% Strong mechanical aptitude, including piping, tubing, and equipment mounting Ability to read technical drawings and work independently in the field Basic understanding of industrial wiring and signal connections Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills Comfort working outdoors, on industrial structures, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work flexible schedules Ownership mindset, initiative, and a strong focus on safety
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
