Full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing restoration team Opportunity to help homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, or storm damage Overtime available as job needs require Career advancement and ongoing training opportunities upon hire What You'll Do Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm damage emergency situations Perform water extraction, mold remediation, light demolition, mitigation, and cleanup work Set up and monitor drying and air-filtering equipment Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles, tools, and equipment Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and business owners Work closely with the team to identify safety concerns and job site needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We're Looking For Previous handyman, construction, restoration, mitigation, or demolition experience is preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and a reasonable driving record required Willingness to work on-call at least monthly Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong problem-solving skills and a team-focused attitude Comfortable working in changing job site conditions IICRC certification is a plus Work Environment Regularly lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry materials and equipment Work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Climb ladders and work at heights as needed Work around industrial cleaning agents and restoration equipment Job sites may vary depending on customer and emergency response needs
