Duluth, MN/Superior, WI. Job Description Join a leading restoration team responding to fire, water, and mold emergencies across the Greater Duluth area. As a Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in addressing emergency property damage situations. Responsibilities Respond to emergency property damage calls including water, fire, smoke, and mold. Perform water extraction, structural drying, and site cleanup. Assist with demolition, removing fixtures, and securing structures. Document job progress using photos, notes, and digital tools. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment. Participate in rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and construction. Ability to perform heavy lifting. Proficiency in restoration and property photography. Basic tech skills including smartphone, apps, and documentation tools. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in confined spaces. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and desire to grow. Work Environment The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 7:45 am until the job is completed, typically ending around 4:30 PM to 5 PM back at the shop. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Superior, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
