We are hiring immediately in the Montrose area and looking for partners who can handle the demands of managing multiple properties and keeping up with timely submission requirements. Both newcomers to the field and experienced contractors are encouraged to apply. Experienced technicians will be considered for high-priority, higher-value work.

Work Includes:

• Lawn maintenance (grass cuts, trimming, weed control)
• Property inspections
• Lock changes & securing properties
• Boarding windows and doors
• Winterization
• Trash outs & debris removal
• Eviction assistance

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle
• Basic preservation tools (mower, weed eater, pressure gauge, etc.)
• PPW Mobile App (Training provided if needed)
