We are looking to establish a long-term working relationship with someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well, and can consistently complete projects efficiently and professionally. Contractor Structure Independent Contractor (1099) Full-time workload available Ongoing, year-round projects Exclusive working relationship Contractor is responsible for: Their own transportation Their own tools Their own taxes and insurance obligations Compensation Daily rate: $200-$300 per day Compensation is based on: Experience Reliability Work quality Communication Ability to meet agreed timelines and expectations Ability to work independently Payment Schedule On completion of each project Bonus Opportunities Performance-based bonuses or additional opportunities may be available based on: Reliability Communication Consistency Quality of work Ability to complete projects efficiently and on schedule Work Expectations Contractor is expected to: Arrive onsite as agreed and scheduled Maintain professional conduct Complete work to company standards Keep job sites clean and organized Respect tenants and occupied properties Work efficiently and consistently Complete tasks within agreed or quoted timeframes Communicate delays or issues immediately Contractor may not: Share lockbox codes, keys, or property access without authorization Communication & Reporting Daily communication is required.
