We're hiring a lead technician to run a crew for the 2026 season.

NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE ON LADDERS AND ROOFS.

You'll be the person on site who owns the install. You run the measurements, you make the calls on how the roofline gets lit, you direct a helper, and you decide when a house is finished. If something doesn't look right, it's yours to fix before you leave. This is a seasonal job. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around ladders and rooflines. Christmas light experience is a plus but not required. If you've run crews in roofing, gutters, siding, landscaping, or exterior cleaning, the skills transfer directly. A truck is strongly preferred. If you have your own truck we'll pay a vehicle allowance on top of your hourly rate. If you don't, you'll run one of ours. What you'll own Lead a 2-person crew through a full day of installs, typically 2-3 homes Measure rooflines and custom-cut light strands to fit each home Install C9 LED lights on gutters, rooflines, peaks, and eaves Wrap trees and bushes, hang wreaths and garland, set pathway lighting Train and direct your helper. Pace, safety, and quality are on you Final quality check on every house before the crew leaves Handle the homeowner conversation on site: walk the finished job, answer questions Run in-season service calls when a customer has an outage Keep the truck, ladders, and materials loaded, organized, and accounted for Lead takedown in

labeling, bin management, return to the warehouse What we're looking for 2+ years in a trade where you worked at height (roofing, gutters, siding, painting, landscaping, exterior cleaning, or similar) Prior experience leading or directing at least one other person on a job site Comfortable on ladders at two and three stories Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold weather Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Truck preferred; ability to tow a trailer is a plus Reliable. The season is twelve weeks and the calendar is full Professional with homeowners, and careful with their property

Detail-oriented:
