About the Role NC Commercial Clean LLC is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors for a student housing turnover project near NC State University on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, NC. Work volume will vary to start with a mix of one-off units and occasional multi-unit days. Great opportunity for experienced cleaners looking for flexible part-time work with potential for consistent ongoing assignments as the project grows.

What You'll Be Doing Perform thorough move-out cleans on student apartment units Clean all bathrooms, kitchen and appliances inside and out Clean baseboards, dust blinds and top of all doors Wipe down all surfaces and cabinets inside and out Sweep and mop all floors Remove all trash from unit Send completion text when job is done What We're Looking For Previous apartment or turnover cleaning experience required Experience cleaning student housing a plus Reliable transportation to Hillsborough St, Raleigh Detail oriented — high standards, every unit is inspected Available Monday through Friday Must have a smartphone for job communication Must be willing to sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement Pay & Payment 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath — $75 per unit 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath — $110 per unit 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath — $150 per unit Payment via Zelle once client payment is processed (7-10 days) Pay stubs issued for every payment How to Apply Text or email Linwood at (919) 817-7018 or info@nccommercialclean.com Include your name, experience and availability.
