Clean Pro Gutter Cleaning is looking for an experienced independent contractor in the Strafford and Rochester area who can work on three-story homes and install gutter guards. We find, quote, and schedule the customers. You do the work. This is not entry-level ladder work. If you have not run a 40 ft ladder or installed guard systems before, this one is not for you.

WHAT THE WORK IS

• Gutter guard installation on residential homes
• Gutter cleaning on two and three-story homes
• Bag and haul off the debris, send before-and-after photos when you're done

HOW IT WORKS

• We text you the job: the address, what the house looks like, the height, and what it pays.
• You see the pay before you commit. You accept it or turn it down, and there is no penalty for passing.
• We pay by direct deposit.

No invoicing, no chasing customers for money.

WHAT YOU NEED

• An extension ladder that reaches a three-story home — 32 ft minimum, 40 ft preferred
• Real experience working at that height. This is the part we can't train.
• Gutter guard installation experience
• Your own truck or work vehicle
• A phone that takes photos
• You show up on the date you commit to.

We would rather have someone who takes fewer jobs and is there every time than someone who books everything and reschedules.
