Position Summary We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Christmas Light Installers to join our seasonal team. As a Christmas Light Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial properties. This is a fast-paced, outdoor role perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and spreading holiday spirit. Candidates with prior experience in Christmas light installation or similar roles are preferred and may qualify for a higher hourly wage.

Key Responsibilities Installation :

Safely install Christmas lights, decorations, and displays on roofs, trees, fences, and other structures according to client specifications and company standards.

Safety Compliance :

Follow safety protocols, including proper use of ladders, harnesses, and other equipment to ensure safe working conditions.

Customer Interaction :

Communicate professionally with clients about their service.

Maintenance :

Inspect and troubleshoot lighting displays, replacing bulbs or repairing wiring as needed to maintain functionality.

Removal :

Efficiently remove and pack holiday lights and decorations at the end of the season, ensuring proper storage for future use.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner. Qualifications Prior experience in Christmas light installation, exterior decorating, or similar roles preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided. Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or other equipment (training provided). Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the holiday season (Mid-October-January).

Compensation Starting Pay :

$20-24 per hour for installers.

Experienced Installers :

Higher hourly wage based on demonstrated experience in Christmas light installation or related fields.

Bonuses :
