Job Summary We are seeking a versatile Handyman Helper with a broad skill set in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, roofing, siding, flooring, and general maintenance. This role involves assisting with various repair and installation projects around residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks across different trades to support our team in delivering quality workmanship. Duties Assist with carpentry tasks including framing, window installation, and general woodworking projects. Support electrical work by helping with wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting. Aid in plumbing repairs and installations such as pipework, fixtures, and leak repairs. Contribute to roofing and siding projects by preparing materials and assisting with installation or repairs. Help with flooring installation or repairs across different surfaces. Perform general maintenance tasks as needed across various trades. Follow safety protocols and ensure work areas are kept clean and organized. Learn new skills on the job to expand your knowledge base and increase your responsibilities. Qualifications Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, siding, and flooring is preferred; the more skills you possess, the more opportunities for advancement. Willingness to learn new trade skills and take on diverse tasks. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions carefully. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards. Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions. Prior experience in handyman services or related trades is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
