Multi-Family Property Make-Ready Vendor / Turnkey Contractor BennPro Maintenance & Mechanical Lakewood, OH Job Details Contract $18 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Teamwork Construction painting Customer service Property maintenance Woodworking Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, skilled Multi-Family Property Make-Ready Vendor/Turnkey Contractor to lead the transformation of residential units into move-in-ready condition. This role involves executing comprehensive property repairs, renovations, and maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency. This is an on-demand contract position with a variable monthly unit volume.

Note:

All primary materials (paint, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances) will be supplied by the property. Vendors are responsible for providing labor, standard consumables, and tools. You will play a vital role in ensuring properties meet high standards of quality and readiness, delivering exceptional results that enhance resident satisfaction and property value. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in multi-family property turnarounds while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties Drywall & Paint:

Full interior painting, professional patching, and texturing.

Flooring:

Complete removal and installation of provided LVP, laminate, or carpet.

Carpentry:

Installation and repair of provided kitchen/bathroom cabinets and hardware.

Fixtures & Appliances:

Swapping light fixtures and installing/leveling provided major appliances. Skills Strong carpentry skills including drywall installation/repair, door/window adjustments, and painting (including maintenance painting) Ability to operate hand tools effectively for various repair tasks while maintaining safety standards Excellent customer service skills to communicate clearly with residents or property teams regarding work progress or issues

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
