Property Caretaker Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Handyman / Property Caretaker to help maintain residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining properties, and is committed to providing quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks. Complete basic handyman work, including minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixture replacement. Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping as needed. Perform seasonal property maintenance, including leaf removal and snow removal Inspect properties and report maintenance issues. Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles clean and organized. Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Requirements:

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks. Experience with general handyman or property maintenance work preferred. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Position Details:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Starting pay:
