We are seeking a reliable independent maintenance contractor to perform basic maintenance and repair work at residential rental properties throughout the Willard, OH area. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, experienced in general home repairs, and looking for flexible, consistent work.

Responsibilities may include:

Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, leaks) Basic electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures) Drywall patching and minor painting Door, lock, and hardware repairs Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs General maintenance and turnover repairs between tenants

Requirements:

Prior experience with residential maintenance or handyman work Must have reliable transportation and own tools Ability to work independently and complete jobs in a timely manner Good communication and professionalism with tenants when necessary
