Job Description
We are Real Handy Inc, a local handyman company based in Warwick, RI. We perform residential/facility maintenance. We are hiring for a part time lead technician position. Some hours are mostly day time and some occasional evening shifts. Will be responsible for leading projects with the help of an assistant/helper. Must be comfortable with tasks changing daily due to workload. Reliable transportation to our office is necessary. Skills required; excellent customer service, attention to detail, clean appearance, and positive attitude. Experience with tools is necessary. Reliable transportation needed. Background check will be performed. Typical job lasts 8 hours at a time. Hours of operation are usually 8:30am-4:30pm. Some examples of projects (but not limited to): Skilled painting TV hanging Drywall repair Door installation Formica Caulking Baseboard & window trim installation Heavy lifting Plumbing fixture repair Electrical fixture replacement Seeking a skilled tradesman/tradeswoman in the construction/maintenance field with clean presentation.
