1099 Independent Contractor / Vendor About the Opportunity Daraza Property Maintenance Solutions is expanding its network of reliable 1099 contractors and service vendors in Houston, TX and surrounding areas within approximately 50 miles of Houston. We provide maintenance, repair, turns, and rehabilitation services for commercial properties and rental/tenant-occupied properties. We are looking for experienced vendors who can respond quickly, communicate reliably, and complete work within strict client deadlines.

RESPONSE TIME IS OUR

#1 PRIORITY We are specifically looking for vendors who can respond quickly to work orders.

Commercial properties:

Generally completed within 24 hours Tenant-occupied rental properties: Generally completed within 24-48 hours Emergency commercial calls: Ability to be on-site within approximately 2-3 hours If you cannot consistently meet these response times, this opportunity may not be a good fit. • And Other Related Trades Vendors with multiple trade capabilities are strongly preferred.

Requirements Qualified vendors should have:

Experience performing commercial and/or residential property maintenance Appropriate licenses for the services requiring licensing General Liability Insurance Relevant certifications such as

• EPA, OSHA

  10/30/40/50, or applicable trade certifications
• Reliable transportation, tools, and equipment Ability to work independently Ability to provide before/after photos and job documentation Excellent communication and reliability Ability to respond to emergency work when required Fast Payment Approved completed work orders are paid within 24 hours.
