Job Overview Pure29 is looking to partner with reliable, detail-oriented residential cleaning professionals in the Houston area. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors may accept or decline offered assignments based on their availability and preferred service areas. Responsibilities Complete Standard, Deep, and Move-In/Move-Out cleaning assignments Follow the service details provided for each booking Provide your own cleaning equipment and supplies Communicate professionally with Pure29 and customers Arrive within the scheduled arrival window Submit required completion photos and update job status through BookingKoala Report damage, access issues, unsafe conditions, or customer concerns promptly Requirements Residential cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Smartphone with reliable communication Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Willing to complete a background check Must carry general liability insurance and provide proof of coverage Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation Contractors are paid per completed assignment, not by the hour. Compensation is generally based on 50% of the customer's service charge and may vary by service type, home size, team assignment, discounts, and customer demand. Contractors keep 100% of tips allocated to them and may qualify for performance and referral bonuses. Payments are made weekly by direct deposit. Service Areas Cypress, Memorial, North Houston, Porter/New Caney, Spring, The Woodlands, and Tomball. This is an independent contractor opportunity. Jobs, hours, and earnings are not guaranteed.
