Opportunity Overview MVP Cleaning Co is looking for Independent Contractor Cleaning Technicians to join our network. This is a 1099 contractor position — you'll have the flexibility to accept jobs that fit your schedule while providing cleaning services to homes, businesses, and rental properties across our service area. Prior professional cleaning experience is required. We offer optional onboarding resources to help new contractors get familiar with MVP's quality standards and expectations, and we're looking for people who are hardworking, enthusiastic, and committed to great customer service. Compensation Competitive per-job pay, generally equivalent to $20-25/hour depending on job type and scope Contractors may receive tips directly from customers As an independent contractor, you're responsible for your own taxes; no taxes are withheld from payments (1099 issued annually). Scope of Work Complete cleaning jobs to MVP's quality standards, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, and related tasks Deliver excellent customer service, such as: Confirming the scope of work with the customer before starting Communicating professionally and arriving as scheduled for accepted jobs Doing a final walkthrough with the customer to confirm satisfaction Supply and maintain your own cleaning equipment and supplies, including a mop and vacuum Accept jobs through MVP's platform/network based on your own availability What We're Looking For Reliable and responsive when accepting jobs Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Strong communication skills Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing/moving for extended periods Able to work independently and manage your own schedule English speaking Must provide own transportation, equipment, and supplies Service Area Jobs are available throughout Utah, Davis, and Salt Lake Counties. As an independent contractor, you choose which jobs to accept based on location and availability.
