You don't. You've been working on houses for years. You know how things are supposed to go together. You know what happens when they don't. And when you run into something you've never seen before you know how to figure it out. That's experience. And that's what we're looking for.

THIS IS THE KIND OF WORK YOU KNOW

We're looking for someone who can handle a little bit of everything around a home. Carpentry Drywall Painting Doors and trim Flooring and tile Deck and fence repairs Light plumbing Light electrical Remodeling General home repairs You don't need to be a master of every trade. You do need to be the guy who can walk into a house look at the problem and know what to do next.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE

10+ years working with your hands is what we're after. You know how to work without somebody looking over your shoulder. You know how to protect a customer's home. You know how to clean up when the job is finished. You know that doing the job right is more important than doing it twice. We're looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Shows up when they're supposed to Has their own tools Can work on their own Can talk to homeowners without making things complicated Knows how to troubleshoot Has a good work ethic Doesn't need to be babysat If you've got the experience we'll give you the opportunity to use it.

WE KEEP YOU WORKING

You don't have to chase leads. You don't have to spend your evenings trying to line up tomorrow's work. Our office handles the customers scheduling and phones. You get the job details get in the company van and go take care of the work.
