Job Description
Decking / Framing Carpenter Needed We are looking for an experienced decking and framing carpenter to join our team. Work includes deck framing, structural framing, and framing related to home additions and sunroom projects. Crew members report directly to the job site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in decking and structural framing
- Reliable transportation, including a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Own basic hand tools and power tools
- Working phone for daily communication
- Ability to provide photos of previous work
- References from past employers or completed projects
Pay Schedule:
- Opportunity for full-time employment, 40-50 hours per week, if it is a good fit
- Trial day pay: $18 per hour, paid via Cash App
- Temporary period pay: $18
- 20 per hour, paid via Cash App
- Upon hire, pay ranges from $20
- 25 per hour based on experience, reliability, and quality of work
