This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in fixing things, and wants to learn new skills. Retirees, apartment maintenance workers, recent trade school graduates, or anyone with solid DIY experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Minor building repairs. Painting and touch-up work. Furniture assembly and repairs. Light plumbing repairs. Changing light bulbs and fixtures. Basic carpentry projects. Assisting with preventative maintenance. Event setup and teardown. Helping maintain a clean, organized property.
Qualifications:
Positive attitude. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Willing to learn new skills. Ability to work independently. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50 pounds. No trade certifications are required.
