Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Bobcat Equipment Technician and become a vital part of maintaining and repairing a wide range of Bobcat construction, industrial, and farm machinery. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and troubleshoot Bobcat equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep our customers fleet operating smoothly. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Bobcat equipment, including excavators, loaders, skid-steers, and other construction machinery Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems using schematics and OEM specifications Service and repair hydraulic systems, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and air brake systems to ensure safety and reliability Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques to complete repairs efficiently Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs for all equipment serviced Assist with equipment assembly, installation, and routine preventive maintenance to maximize uptime Support heavy equipment operation when needed for testing or troubleshooting purposes Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in heavy equipment mechanics is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and repair processes Experience with electrical diagnostics, automotive diagnostics, hydraulics, and schematics interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of diesel engine diagnostics and repair including fuel systems, transmissions, HVAC systems, and air brakes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators when necessary Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Certification or experience in construction equipment servicing or heavy machinery operation is a plus Join us to be part of a team dedicated to excellence in equipment maintenance! From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
