Hourly Wage + Commission (Based on Experience) PDP Equipment is seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined Foam & Coating Equipment Mechanic to join our growing team. If you enjoy diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining specialized equipment while providing exceptional service, we'd like to hear from you. Job Responsibilities • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain: o Single-component spray systems o Plural-component spray systems o Air compressors o Generators o Roofing and spray foam equipment o Other roofing accessories and related tools o Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections. o Test equipment to ensure safe and proper operation. o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. o Document repairs and communicate equipment status with customers and team members. o Assist customers with equipment operation and maintenance when needed. Qualifications o Mechanical experience with small engines, hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial equipment preferred. o Experience working on spray foam or roofing equipment is a plus but not required. o Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. o Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a shop environment. o Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. o Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.
