Pay:
$32-$40 per hour, depending on experience Our fleet includes diesel and gas trucks, pavement-marking trucks, thermoplastic equipment, trailers, compressors, hydraulic systems, small engines, and other construction equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Preventative maintenance and routine fleet services Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air-system issues Repairing diesel and gas trucks, trailers, and construction equipment Performing field repairs when equipment breaks down Tracking maintenance and identifying repairs before they cause downtime Keeping the shop, tools, parts, and service records organized
Qualifications:
Previous diesel, fleet, or heavy-equipment mechanic experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be dependable and willing to assist with occasional field repairs CDL and welding/fabrication experience are preferred Experience with pavement-marking equipment is helpful but not required Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and opportunities for overtime. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment maintained, safe, and ready for work.

$32.00 - $40.00 per hour
