We are looking for a Forklift Technician/Mechanic to join our team! This position requires knowledge of material handling equipment, especially forklifts (propane and electric). It is essential for the technician to have good knowledge of parts, maintenance, repair, etc. Candidate must be able to able to work well with others and follow directions. Must have mechanical forklift experience with

•Propane and Gas

•Toyota and Crown equipment.

Job Duties:

• Ability to repair gasoline, LPG, electric or diesel

•powered forklifts Make repairs as needed including replacing worn or broken parts, etc. Lubricate vehicle and perform other duties in connection with maintenance and operation of lift truck, as required Preform manual labor as needed such as heavy lifting and operation power equipment Inform supervisor of maintenance problems as they arise Complete paperwork as needed to open or close work orders Practice safe work habits Preform other duties as assigned by supervisor Required skills and abilities:

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of previous equipment, material handling or automotive technician/mechanic experience strongly preferred; minimum 3+ years required Forklift maintenance experience required Knowledge and experience working on electrical equipment

Pay:

$25.00

•$28.00 per hour
