Role:

We're hiring a Service Technician to cover a variety of service and installation needs in Los Angeles, CA. You'll be working primarily in the field, with regular travel in nearby areas (though not every day). This is a hands-on role focused on servicing washers and dryers, with opportunities to assist in installations and, over time, help manage our local storage facility.

What You'll Be Doing:

Service and repair laundry machines (training and support provided) Install new equipment at multifamily buildings Occasionally assist with storage facility organization Travel between service areas as needed (mileage paid or company vehicle provided) Communicate effectively with dispatch and your support team via company phone Represent Smart-O-mat with professionalism and care

What You'll Get:

$25/hour starting pay Company work vehicle and phone Dollies, tools, and equipment provided—we do our best to avoid heavy lifting, but you should be comfortable occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance No résumé required—just reach out and let us know your experience and interest On-the-job training and team support—you won't be left to figure it out alone; we have a great internal team that will help diagnose problems and get you up to speed.

Who We're Looking For:

Some appliance repair experience is required (laundry-specific is a plus) Able to handle physical aspects of the job and navigate between service locations Mechanically inclined and good with tools Positive attitude, good communicator, and a team player Strong work ethic and family-oriented mindset.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience installing or servicing commercial laundry machines Familiarity with routing or warehouse logistics Spanish language skills (not required)
