This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, automotive/diesel training, or early hands-on experience who wants to learn, grow, and build a career working on construction and rental equipment. What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, oil changes, fluid services, and basic repairs Assist experienced technicians with equipment repairs and component replacement Gain hands-on experience with diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, damage, and maintenance needs Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely Complete work orders and service documentation Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in equipment repair 0-1+ years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred Automotive, diesel, heavy equipment, or vocational training is a plus Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn You don't need to know everything on day one.
