Position Summary:
Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE construction machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on Construction Equipment in the shop and/or field environments.
Responsibilities:
Perform service maintenance and quality repairs on CASE construction machinery and related equipment in shop and/or field environments. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components. Perform structural repairs, including welding, in accordance with OEM guidelines. Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is returned to optimal working condition. Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues. Follow established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of services performed. Operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and effectively. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications:
5-10 years' mechanical experience in construction equipment is highly preferred Proven experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Skilled in the safe and proper use of hand, pneumatic, and electric tools. Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Willingness to perform duties both in shop and field environments as needed.
