Drewry Site Development is seeking an experienced Shop Mechanic to keep our civil site construction equipment and trucks operational, safe, and job-ready. This is a full-time, in-shop position in Daytona Beach. Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy construction equipment and diesel trucks Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, and transmission issues Maintain accurate service and repair records Keep tools and shop equipment organized and in working condition Follow all company safety procedures Requirements At least 3 years of mechanic experience Experience servicing CAT equipment and Mack, Peterbilt, or similar heavy-duty trucks Strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical knowledge Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Must have your own tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to commute to Daytona Beach, FL 32114 Job Details Full-time, in-person position Eight-hour shifts Overtime opportunities Benefits Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Join Drewry Site Development and help keep the equipment behind our civil construction projects running strong. #hc263352
