We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rumble Hog Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery to install rumble strips on roadways, ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met. Your work and expertise will contribute to creating safer driving conditions that will directly impact public safety. You will be responsible for operating our Rumble Hog Machine as well as performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities Operate rumble strip installation equipment with precision, following detailed work orders and technical specifications. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of this machine to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety standards are met. Perform troubleshooting on industrial equipment and coordinate with maintenance team for any major repairs or adjustments. Follow federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures consistently to maintain a safe work environment. Requirements Experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and/or other construction machinery. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Valid commercial driver's license with experience preferred. Familiarity with federal construction safety regulations and equipment safety procedures preferred. Strong understanding of heavy equiptment machinery maintenance practices for optimal operation and performance.
