Job Description

Viking Utility Services, a Danella Company, is a full-service licensed electrical contractor specializing in the installation and repair of underground utilities such as power and communication infrastructure. With an unwavering focus on safety, reliability, and talent development, Viking has become the most sought-after underground contractor in Southern Florida. Job Summary Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on support and heavy freight-moving equipment systems, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components. Will require travel to various company yards and job sites. Responsibilities
  • Performs complex preventative maintenance tasks on a wide variety of equipment.
  • Service as needed equipment (including, but not limited to, bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, etc).
  • Performs tasks per preventative maintenance checklist.
  • Must be able to work at job sites.
  • Check and report conditions of equipment on fleet programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, maintenance, and operation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willing and able to be mobile / drive to other locations within Florida.
  • Certifications in mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems preferred.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Your own Hand tools. Pay Up to $23.00 an hour - based on experience. Benefits
