Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver on-site repair and maintenance services for a variety of heavy equipment and vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your expertise will help keep our clients' operations running smoothly while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Role Summary The Mobile Technician performs diagnostics and repairs at customer locations using a dealership service truck. Primary Responsibilities Diagnose and repair equipment at customer sites. Perform preventative maintenance and field repairs. Communicate repair recommendations to customers. Complete accurate work order documentation. Experience Typically 5+ years experience Strong independent diagnostic ability.

Performance Expectations Recovery Rate:

95%+ High level of independence Strong customer service skills. Tool Requirements Mobile Technicians must maintain a complete professional tool set necessary for field diagnostics and repairs.

Typical tools include:

Full mechanical tool set Electrical diagnostic tools Portable diagnostic equipment Mobile service truck tool organization The dealership will provide the service truck, specialized manufacturer tools, and diagnostic software required for field service operations.
