Job Description

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Location:
Austell, GA Pay:
$26-$28/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM On-Call:
Some Sundays Travel:
Required — lodging and meals paid Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heavy trucks and specialty equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs. Work on equipment such as vacuum trucks, street sweepers, pothole equipment, mowers, and other heavy equipment. Complete work orders, estimates, service records, and parts documentation. Travel to customer/job sites and communicate professionally with customers and team members. Job Requirements Mechanical, diesel, automotive, fleet, industrial, or heavy equipment experience.
